Born and raised in Jacksonville, Justin has 20 years of IT experience and is well-respected and connected with the Jacksonville IT community. A graduate from Sandalwood High School, Justin went on to become a Combat Medic in the US Army before obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. Justin is active in his community and church, mentoring High School boys as a youth leader. Justin founded River City Technical Solutions in September of 2018 and has quickly become a dynamic leader and influencer in the Jacksonville technology community.
